The Professional Women of the Collection Industry would like to thank you for your participation and donation to the 50/50 raffle at the FSCC conference.  Because of your generous donation we raised $800!  $400 of which went to the American Red Cross Flood Relief.  Tim Bauer was our 50/50 winner and he donated his $400 share of the winnings to an amazing organization called the Mango Tree Foundation.  (Mango Tree Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes sustainability for women worldwide through small-scale projects to assist women in conducting business within their community, resulting in the eradication of poverty, the promotion of literacy, and teaching self-reliance. )  Thanks to all of you, we were able to help two amazing organizations with the donations contributed to the 50/50 raffle.  Also thanks to everyone who participated in this year's silent auction.  Thanks to our generous sponsors, we were able to raise over $4000.00 for the American Red Cross!  Thank you to everyone who placed a bid on the great items donated!   We greatly appreciate your support!

Susan G. Komen Fundraiser

Sadly, but bravely, several women in our network - our friends and colleagues - endured the fight against breast cancer.  We couldn’t just stand by - so we did what we do best – we took action!  We raised thousands of dollars, collectively and individually, for Susan G Komen Breast cancer research.  This was accomplished by the generosity of the men and women in the collection industry donating high end items for a silent auction and even more men and women leveraging competitive bids to win the items.  Many of our PWCI members gave their time to train and raise donations to participate in a 3 day Walk for the Cure events throughout the United States.
