This committee oversees the network and the activities of the sub-committees.  This group of leaders ensures sub-committees are following through with the mission and vision of our network.

Activities Committee

Leader:  Cindy Gilbert, cgilbert@progressivefinancial.com 

 The objective of this committee is to provide structure and consistency around the various activities of our network.  This includes assisting in the planning of our conference meetings, determining discussion topics, conference calls, social visits (i.e. shopping excursions, golf, spa, etc.).   This group will work with volunteers on the process of organizing activities.  They have experience and they will make sure it is simple for each round of continuing volunteers. 

Communications Committee

Leader:  Sheri Jouas, Sheri.Jouas@ursi.com

This committee is responsible for ensuring our Women's Network gets the proper exposure as well as reaches all those Women in our Network who WANT to be reached!   This committee manages the website, publishes the PWCI quarterly newsletter and does social networking.

Membership Committee

Leader:  Kim Bonn, kimberley.bonn@xerox.com

It was determined that getting new members to learn about the Women's Network can be quite time consuming.  The busy tasks for this committee include recruiting, communicating, emails, new member packets, distribution lists, regular meetings, introductions, initiations, etc.

NARCA Committee

Leaders:  Beverly Unrath, bunrath@nationallist.com

This committee was established to help the PWCI Network reach those members that are part of the NARCA community.

Mentor Committee

Leader:  Victoria Edwards, vtedwards1@msn.com. This committee is responsible for recruiting mentors and implementing a formal mentor program for PWCI members.
